Episcopalian here --- High Church --- some of us make the sign of the cross. Also, some of us are REALLY High --- and call ourselves, "Anglican Catholics".
(It's an old quasi-feud: High Church/Low Church...)

And, yes, Episcopalians also have the sacrament of Reconcilation (called Penance by Catholics). And religious orders.
